Welcome to Tradiya, a B2B (business-to-business) marketplace that helps registered suppliers and buyers trade industrial and construction-related products across the GCC region. By using our website, mobile app, or other services (called the “Platform”), you agree to follow the rules written here.
Please read this page carefully. If you don’t agree with any part, please don’t use the platform.
1. Who Can Use Tradiya
- Tradiya is only for registered businesses located in:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Qatar
- Kuwait
- Tradiya is not for personal or individual use.
- When you register, you confirm that:
- You are signing up on behalf of a real business
- Your company has a valid business license
- All the details you give are true and complete
2. Creating and Managing Your Account
- To use most features, you must create a business account. We’ll ask for details like:
- Company name and country
- Authorized person’s contact info
- Tax or VAT number (if required)
- You agree to:
- Keep your login details private
- Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission
- Keep your account details up to date
- Tradiya won’t be responsible if your account is misused because you didn’t protect your login details.
3. Using the Platform
- Buyers can:
- View product listings and prices
- Send quotation requests (RFQs) for bulk or special orders
- Place orders through the platform
- Communicate only through Tradiya’s system
- Sellers can:
- Register or be added by our team after approval
- List legal products that are clearly described and ready to ship
- Accept and process orders within the agreed timeframe
- Buyers and sellers should not contact each other outside the platform to keep transactions transparent.
4. Product Listings and Prices
- All product listings must be approved by Tradiya.
- While sellers set the base price, Tradiya may:
- Set the final price shown to buyers
- Add a service margin
- Apply discounts during promotions
- Prices usually don’t include VAT unless stated.
5. Payments
- Tradiya uses safe payment methods, such as:
- Credit or debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Local payment options (based on your country)
- You must pay when you place the order, unless special terms apply (like for bulk orders).
- We don’t store full card details—payments are handled by secure, certified providers.
- You’ll get a digital invoice once payment is successful.
- If something goes wrong with the payment, we’ll try to help, but we aren’t responsible for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
6. What You Are Not Allowed to Do
- You must not:
- List fake or misleading product information
- Try to avoid Tradiya’s fees or payment system
- Spread viruses or harmful software
- Use bots or automated tools to collect data
- Pretend to be another person or business
- Submit fake documents
- If you break these rules, your account may be suspended or permanently closed. Legal action may also be taken.
7. Content and Ownership
- Everything on Tradiya (logos, content, layout, etc.) belongs to Tradiya or its partners.
- You cannot copy, change, or share any content without our written permission.
- Sellers still own their product data but allow Tradiya to use it for marketing, listings, and promotions.
8. Changes and Platform Access
- Tradiya may:
- Add or remove features at any time
- Update pricing models or platform design
- Change these Terms of Use
- If you keep using the platform after changes are made, it means you agree to the new terms.
- We do our best to keep the platform running at all times, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available.
9. Suspending or Closing Accounts
- We may suspend or close your account if you:
- Break these Terms of Use
- Give false or fake information
- Are involved in illegal or unethical business activities
- Don’t pay required fees
- Receive many complaints from buyers or sellers
- We may hold payments or refunds during an investigation if we suspect any wrongdoing.
10. Our Responsibility
- As allowed by law:
- Tradiya is not responsible for lost profits, delays, or other indirect issues
- We’re not liable for problems caused by third-party sellers or delivery services
- But we’ll always try to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
11. Legal Rules
- These terms follow the laws of Bahrain.
- Any legal matters related to Tradiya will be handled by Bahraini courts.
