1. Where We Deliver
- We deliver to all six GCC countries:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
- Oman
- Qatar
- We work with trusted delivery partners to reach cities, industrial areas, and remote locations.
- If the delivery address is outside our coverage area, we may not accept the order.
- Please ensure your address is correct and within the supported regions.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard products: 2 to 5 working days
- Bulk or custom orders (via RFQ): 5 to 10 working days
- Pre-order items: Time will be shared during checkout or quotation
- Weekends and public holidays may cause delays.
- If there’s a supplier-side delay, we’ll inform you with a revised delivery date.
3. How We Ship
- We choose the best courier based on your order type.
- Buyers cannot select the courier, but all partners are reliable and trackable.
- We offer:
- Standard Delivery
- Freight Delivery (large/heavy goods)
- Express Delivery (select areas only)
- The final method depends on size, urgency, and location.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are based on weight, size, distance, and delivery speed.
- Fees are shown at checkout or in your RFQ quote.
- Extra charges may apply for:
- Remote area deliveries
- Re-delivery after failed attempts
- Special handling (fragile/temperature-sensitive items)
- Unless otherwise mentioned, buyers cover the shipping cost.
5. Tracking Your Order
- After shipment, you’ll receive:
- A tracking link via email or SMS
- Estimated delivery date
- Status updates and issue alerts
- You can also log into your Tradiya dashboard to track your order or download delivery slips.
6. Delivery Time and Delays
- We aim to deliver on time, but delays can occur due to:
- Customs checks
- Weather conditions
- Busy seasons or holidays
- Supplier issues
- We’ll notify you if your delivery is delayed with a new estimated date.
7. Receiving Your Delivery
- Ensure someone is available at the address to receive the delivery.
- Signature or company stamp may be required.
- Inspect the package upon arrival for damage or missing items.
- Report any issues within 48 hours. Late reports may affect return/refund eligibility.
8. Damaged or Wrong Items
- Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Send clear photos and a short explanation to support@tradiya.com.
- We’ll investigate and may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
- Reports after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
9. Missed Deliveries
- Delivery partners will retry up to 2 times.
- If no one is available, the package may be returned to us.
- We can resend it, but additional shipping charges will apply.
- If unclaimed for 7+ business days, the order may be canceled with fees.
