At Tradiya, we want to make sure every business using our platform is happy with their orders. This policy explains when and how you can return products or ask for a refund. It applies to all buyers and sellers using Tradiya across the GCC region.

1. When Can You Return a Product?

  • The product is damaged, broken, or doesn’t work properly when it arrives
  • You received the wrong item, wrong quantity, or wrong specification
  • The product is expired or past its usable date (if applicable)
  • It does not match the details shown in the listing or RFQ

You cannot return a product if:

  • It was damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • It was marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom-made or special order)
  • It has minor scratches that don’t affect its functionality
  • You try to return it after the allowed return period

2. Return Time Limits

  • 48 hours for visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect products
  • 7 days for items with internal or functional issues
  • Late requests may be rejected

3. How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your Tradiya account and go to "My Orders"
  • Click on "Request Return" for the item
  • Fill out the form with:
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or video of the issue
    • Whether the package is opened or unopened
  • Submit the request and wait for our team to respond via email

4. What Happens After You Request a Return

  • We review requests within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, pickup will be arranged
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all parts
  • Improper packaging may result in rejection or restocking fees

5. How We Collect the Return

  • Our delivery partner will pick up from your registered address
  • Large orders may need special transport
  • Ensure someone is present for pickup
  • You may be asked to drop it off at a designated location

6. Refund or Replacement Options

  • After inspection, we may:
    • Send a replacement
    • Issue a full or partial refund
    • Add store credit to your Tradiya wallet
  • Refund timelines:
    • Bank/card refund: 7–10 business days
    • Store credit: Within 2 business days
  • Refund amount may vary based on:
    • Partial order returns
    • Applied discounts or promotions
    • Shipping fees (refunded only if it's our or seller’s fault)

7. What Sellers Must Do

  • Accept valid return requests
  • Replace damaged or incorrect products
  • Assist Tradiya support with return resolution
  • Non-compliance may lead to penalties or account suspension

8. What Buyers Must Do

  • Check the items immediately after delivery
  • Keep the original box, labels, and accessories
  • Submit honest requests with proof
  • False or excessive return claims may lead to account suspension

9. If You Disagree with the Return Outcome

  • Email returns@tradiya.com within 3 days of the decision
  • Include additional details or request escalation
  • Senior support team will respond within 5 business days

10. When Returns May Be Rejected

  • The product is used, altered, or tampered with
  • It was a custom-made or non-returnable item
  • Return was not requested within the allowed timeframe
