Welcome to Tradiya, a trusted B2B platform for buying industrial and construction products across the GCC. This policy explains your rights and responsibilities as a buyer. By using our website, submitting RFQs, or placing orders, you agree to follow these rules to help keep the platform fair, safe, and efficient for everyone.

1. Who Can Be a Buyer

To register as a buyer on Tradiya, your business must:

  • Be legally registered in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, or Oman
  • Have a valid business license
  • Be authorized to buy products on behalf of your company

We may verify your details. If we find false information, we may reject or suspend your account.

2. Creating and Managing Your Account

To access all features, you need to create a business account. You must provide:

  • Company name and business registration details
  • Business address and country
  • Contact info of your authorized representative
  • VAT or tax ID (if needed)

It’s your responsibility to keep this information up to date and secure. Tradiya is not responsible for unauthorized use caused by weak password protection.

3. Browsing and Asking for Quotations (RFQs)

You can:

  • Browse products with full descriptions and photos
  • Send Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for large or special orders
  • Compare supplier responses based on price, delivery time, and availability

All RFQ-related chats must happen through Tradiya only. Direct contact with sellers is not allowed.

4. Placing an Order

You can place an order by:

  • Choosing available products from listings
  • Accepting a quote from an RFQ

Once you complete payment or confirm a payment term, your order is final. You can’t cancel or change it unless the seller fails to deliver as promised.

5. Payments and Invoices

We support secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Local payment systems (depending on your country)

You’ll get a digital invoice after confirming the order. For RFQ orders, you’ll first get a proforma invoice, followed by a final one after delivery.
Late payments or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

After you confirm the order:

  • Tradiya will handle shipping with the seller and our delivery partners
  • You’ll get shipping updates and tracking info by email or SMS
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the product type

Make sure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package. Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving it.

7. Returns and Refunds

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as promised, you may request a return.

Steps:

  • Log in to your Tradiya account
  • Select your order and click Return
  • Upload photos and explain the issue

8. What Buyers Should Not Do

To keep the platform safe and fair, you must not:

  • Try to avoid Tradiya’s systems for pricing, RFQs, or communication
  • Submit fake business or tax documents
  • Abuse the return process to get unfair refunds
  • Leave false or harmful reviews
  • Buy directly from sellers outside the platform

Breaking these rules may result in warnings, canceled orders, or account suspension.

9. Ratings and Feedback

After each order, you can rate your experience. Your feedback helps sellers and improves the platform. If needed, Tradiya may contact you to verify your review.
Repeated false or harmful feedback may lead to restrictions on your account.

10. Solving Disputes

If there’s a problem with your order:

  • Contact our support team within 3 business days
  • Share your order ID, chat history, and any proof

Tradiya will review and respond within 5–7 business days. If the problem continues, Tradiya’s final decision will apply.

11. Policy Updates and Your Responsibilities

We may update our policies and features from time to time. As a buyer, you should:

  • Review updates when notified
  • Keep your account information correct
  • Follow the latest terms and policies

Using the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
