This agreement explains the rules and responsibilities between Tradiya (called “we” or “our”) and you, a registered seller, using our B2B platform to list and sell products. By signing up as a seller and using our services, you agree to follow these terms and other related policies.

1. Who Can Become a Seller

  • Your business must:
    • Be officially registered in one of the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, or Oman)
    • Have a valid business license and tax/VAT registration (if required)
    • Be allowed to sell industrial or construction products under local laws
  • During registration, you’ll need to provide:
    • A copy of your business license
    • Tax/VAT certificate (if required)
    • Authorized signatory and bank account details
  • Tradiya will verify seller applications and may reject those that don’t meet our requirements.

2. Product Listings and Information

  • Sellers are responsible for accurate and complete product details.
  • Each product listing must include:
    • Product name and description
    • Technical details
    • Base price (before Tradiya adds margin)
    • Stock availability and delivery time
    • Product images
    • Package size and weight
  • By listing products, sellers confirm:
    • Items are real, legal, and allowed for sale
    • Information is original and not misleading
    • Stock levels and availability are regularly updated
  • Tradiya may edit or remove listings that do not meet guidelines.

3. Pricing and Platform Margin

  • Sellers provide base prices; Tradiya adds a margin based on product type, demand, and platform costs.
  • Sellers must not:
    • Advertise lower prices outside Tradiya
    • Sell to Tradiya buyers outside the platform
  • Sellers must notify Tradiya of any pricing or delivery changes before updates go live.

4. Order Handling and Delivery

  • Sellers must:
    • Confirm receipt of orders within 1 business day
    • Prepare and ship orders within the agreed time
    • Use Tradiya’s delivery partners (unless approved otherwise)
    • Provide shipping documents like invoices and packing slips
  • Late or missed deliveries may result in penalties, reduced visibility, or account suspension.

5. Packing and Shipping Labels

  • Sellers must ensure:
    • Products are safely packed
    • Each package is labeled with the Tradiya order number and product info
    • Hazardous items follow legal labeling and shipping regulations
  • Improper labeling or packaging may lead to rejections or returns at the seller’s cost.

6. Returns and Disputes

  • Tradiya handles return and refund requests from buyers.
  • Sellers agree to:
    • Accept returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect products
    • Respond promptly to disputes and resolve them
    • Cover return shipping costs when at fault
  • Each case is reviewed based on shipping documents, photos, and feedback.

7. Getting Paid

  • Tradiya collects payments and releases them to sellers after deducting margin and any applicable fees.
  • You will receive:
    • Payments within [Insert Number] days after confirming delivery
    • Reports for each transaction
    • Bank transfers to your registered account
  • Payment may be delayed if required documents are missing or if disputes are unresolved.

8. Seller Conduct

  • Sellers must:
    • Follow Tradiya’s pricing and communication policies
    • Avoid selling counterfeit or prohibited items
    • Provide timely and high-quality customer service
  • Non-compliance may lead to listing removal or account suspension.

9. Product Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of your product content.
  • By listing, you grant Tradiya the right to:
    • Use your content to promote listings
    • Feature products in ads, emails, and affiliate campaigns
  • This permission is free and helps drive visibility and sales.

10. Confidential Information

  • All business-related information shared between you and Tradiya (e.g., pricing, orders, buyer details) is confidential.
  • You may not share such information without Tradiya’s written consent.

11. Ending or Suspending the Seller Account

  • Tradiya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
    • Frequently cancel or delay orders
    • Violate platform rules or legal regulations
    • Engage in unethical behavior or fraud
    • Receive excessive unresolved complaints
  • Pending payments may be held during the investigation process.
